I want this website to be usable by people with different access needs. The technical target is Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

Using the website

• Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls. The first link skips navigation and moves to the main content.
• Home, Recent work, Skills, and Contact are available in the main navigation, including on phones.
• Use your browser’s zoom controls to enlarge the page. The layout adapts to narrow screens, and motion respects your device’s reduced-motion setting.
• Choose light or dark mode using the labeled appearance button.
• Skills are visible without opening panels. On Recent work, use Enter or Space on Read details to open or close a project. Navigation and project details also work without JavaScript.
